  • Time required (machining, welding)
  • Surface treatment (finishing, painting)
  • Degree of aesthetic finish
  • Dimensional tolerances required
  • Tooling required (molds, special tools)
  • Tests required (hardness, durability)
  • Specific requirements (material, etc.)
  • Volume and weight of parts for shipping
  • Shipping protection and packaging requirements
  • Number of deliveries required
  • Delivery destination
  • Safety stock or local storage (if desired)

To prepare a quote, we need the following information:

  1. 2D Technical Drawings / 3D files if they exist
  2. Your sample of the part (if possible)
  3. Quantity requested (generally, annual quantity needed)

  6. Delivery Schedule (number of deliveries)
