The Group is expanding. Projects are piling up, and in order to manage this growth and ensure that customers benefit from the best possible service, LR-TEK has decided to open an office in Viet Nam.
Operations have begun! The 70 m2 office opened its doors on Monday.
An Engineering Department (4 people), a Marketing specialist, a Logistics expert, and an administrative support person will form the starting team.
Emilien Schoeb and Thanh Lam, both of whom speak English and French and have a successful international track record, are in charge of the local office. They form an energetic duo who have decided to take up the challenge and invest themselves fully in this new project.
The Vietnamese workforce is one of the best in the world: the number of young graduates is high, training courses are of a high standard, many graduates speak English and have a good command of modern tools, and all are keen to work in international groups on interesting projects.
One of the missions of the new office will be to study the possibilities, for 2023-2024, of establishing production in Vietnam, and developing a network of suppliers, to complement production activities in China.
The Vietnam office will also eventually serve as a base for business development for customers in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
