Faced with growing demand for safety stock from North American customers, and taking advantage of the departure of a neighboring company, LR-TEK decided to expand its storage area.
The warehouse gained 7,000 square feet (650 m2).
The company took the opportunity to reorganize its stock, modernize its logistical tools for stock tracking, and review forklift truck movement areas, in order to improve the flow of goods and site safety.
